                      Meet one of the most inspiring and faithful individuals on earth. 
Bonnie is a hard working entrepreneur with a passion for helping others. You will usually find Bonnie teaching leadership, caring for senior citizens and families or helping others find and live their dreams. She may be out leading her award winning home care agency or seeking to build senior care facilities that feel like home. Either way she knows her team is critical in excellence of service and she is always looking for those who care and want to make a difference in this life.

She has been married 26 years to her soul mate Tim, an IT executive. She has a step-daughter & son-in-law who have blessed her with three beautiful grand kids. She also has two terrific active boys, on in high school and one on his way to serve in the US Coast Guard.  Her life is centered around her family, yet she is very active in her businesses, her local community and their church.

Bonnie strives to teach the essence of leadership, influence, drive and values to improve peace of mind and dignity of care. She believes in increasing job satisfaction, inspiring engaged employees and equipping and supporting business leaders with Christian values.

She has been selected as recipient of multiple awards in business excellence and recognized twice in the prestigious “Top Women to Know in the Industry” by ASC Becker’s for her work in the Ambulatory Surgery field. She is an author and writer and has been featured herself in many articles about success in the delivery of quality senior care, hospital and ambulatory care operations, including turning failing facilities around, building successful start-ups and aligning partnerships that work.

Bonnie has an exclusive and select clientele and is a sought out consultant in the ASC accreditation industry and she is a select executive coach for professionals. She remains a Certified John Maxwell TEAM Coach, Speaker and Trainer and mentors directly with John Maxwell, who was recently named the #1 most Influential Leader by Inc. Bonnie leads an initiative to provide exceptional home care services for those who choose to live their life at their own home and is build ing a new concept in senior care homes. 

Bonnie motivates those who inquire about working for themselves and living their dreams of business ownership. She and her husband own a First Choice Business Brokerage for the surrounding Houston area and consults those who want to start their own businesses or create an exit strategy by selling their business.  She very active in helping to support the right entrepreneurs in the home care industry or other types of business including start-ups and franchising.

Rooted in her community, Bonnie serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Health Professionals, Board Member of Living Word Church, and she has served her community as Vice Chair and Chair of the League City Chamber and has sat on the Board of Directors for the Texas City Chamber of Commerce. She has also served as Vice Chair of an ad-hoc Growth and Development Committee for League City, Texas. She remains a volunteer for organizations close to her heart and leads others to volunteer as well. She is past Executive Board and Chair for the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women Circle of Red.

Bonnie graduated from UTMB Health with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration. She completed her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
